ADB TV spotlights have been designed to match the needs of studio lighting, and are ideal also for stage and location lighting. ADB has equipped TV studios in more than 50 countries, and with a choice of 18 versions in only 3 basic housings for manual or pole operation, there is a model to suit every need.

TV spotlights are available in three formats: studio, compact, or bifilament types. Studio spotlights have a large diameter fresnel lens for maximum light coverage and easy handling. The Compact version is a powerful spotlight in a compact and lightweight format, ideal for location lighting. Bifilament model allow the use of one or two filaments for maximum flexibility. The table below illustrates the range available.

Ease of Use

Each model can be pole operated if required, the mechanism is fitted with clutches to take up slack and is accessible without removing the yoke. Pole operation is smooth and allows fast and accurate focusing by means of a rack and pinion system. This device eliminates vibrations and mechanical shocks on the lamp filament. It is unaffected by heat and projection angle.

Quality of light

Large diameter, high quality fresnel lenses guarantee impeccable distribution of light from fine focusing to uniform dispersion. Wire mesh front lens safety guard and accessory holder are integrated into the front door.
