LanBox-LCX Capture DMX input interface
The LanBox-LCX can be used as a DMX input interface for Capture visualisation software. DMX input from an attached console can be passed to the Capture PC via a USB connection (USB cable supplied). As a stand-alone product, the LanBox-LCX is an extremely versatile DMX controller suited for nearly any DMX512 lighting application. Whether used to run a show (controlling up to 6 universes - 3072 DMX channels - using an Ethernet network), synchronized via MIDI or connected to a notebook via USB, with the LanBox-LCX it's all possible! The DMX input can be used to grab and/or merge the DMX data from a lighting console. The LanBox-LCX also has 8 analogue inputs and 8 digital outputs, which can be used to trigger a show from external sensors and to control external actuators such as relays. The LanBox-LCX can be used for many applications, including theatre, promotional, and exhibitions. It has built-in DMX sequencing software and large non-volatile memory, so you can run your lighting show completely stand-alone, externally triggered via MIDI, USB, network (TCP/IP and AppleTalk), sensors, or just with the supplied LCedit+ software on a personal computer. LCedit+ is a graphical lighting editor for MacOS, OSX and Windows 98SE/2000/XP. The LanBox-LCX includes a power adapter, a USB cable, and both normal & cross 10Base-T Ethernet cables. It also includes free software updates and upgrades for all future LanBox-LCX versions! Mechanical specifications
