ADB SM26 [Discontinued]
ADB SM26 Manual control desk |
Manual control system for analogue dimmers
SM26 is a manually-operated lighting control desk, with 2 presets and 3 groups for each channel. The desk can be supplied for fixed or transportable use.
Blocks of 12 channels can be assembled to form a desk of upto 36 circuits in a portable standard version, or upto 60 circuits as a fixed standard version, or more to special order.
One fader is provided for control, selectable as either a Master fader, or as a dipless linear crossfade. By means of the timing mode selector, the control of the fader can be direct or timed from 1 second to 65 minutes.
By special order, the SM26 can be fitted with a 9-pole plug for each group of six channels. The external signal must be between 0V and 10.2V DC. The external signal for each input channel is compared to the settings on the control desk, and output is made on a 'comparative' basis - the higher value of control drives the dimmer output.
A three-position switch is provided for each group (A, B & C), allowing the group to be controlled independently by the group's fader, or following the general preset/crossfade control.
Group C is provided with an additinal three-way switch, allowing this group to be controlled either as a flash circuit, from the external inputs on a 'comparative' basis, or according to the two-position switch selection (see above).
