Description

Tenor adds significant control power to the simplicity of a manual desk. Operations are executed in a simple and logical order via the keypad, mouse or trackball. Tenor is extremely easy to operate, giving total control and immediate response. All information is available to the operator through the colour monitor and on-screen displays.

A unique feature of the Tenor is its 'colour' function, allowing easy use of colour scrollers. A second DMX512 output signal, independent from the main output to the dimmers, is used to directly control scroller heads. Thus scrollers are not affected by use of the Grand Master control and Blackout function, avoiding unrequired movement. Tenor can work in 'blind' mode, and has the capability to store the contents coming in to the desk from a manual control board. Programming of memory loops, links and repeats is an easy process with just a few keystrokes or mouse clicks.

In addition to the many features of the Tenor, the incredible possibilities of the macro keys enable the desk to be customised to the operator's preferred method of working. Macros can even be included in memories as 'control memories', for example to load and run chases and effects automatically together a lighting change and a colour change - all through one press of the start key. Main functions of the desk can be accessed through either the infra-red or high-frequency optional remote control systems: Tenor is definitely a true multi-purpose and powerful lighting control desk.
