The ADB diagnostic system constantly monitors all of the key components of a Eurodim 2 installation.
Central diagnostics monitors the CPUs, fans, DMX inputs, overtemperature, supply voltage and supply current. Full diagnostic also measures all main dimmer parameters, detects and analyses any eventual breakdown: no load, thyristor fault, tripped fuse, short circuit, DMX error. It suggests corrective actions and displays all this information on a standard PC located anywhere in the installation, for example the dimmer room or lighting control position.
The very user-friendly menu, with a choice of seven languages, permits selection of a variety of display modes on a colour monitor. These may be printed to provide a hard-copy report of the general status of the installation as well as a logbook of past faults and remedies.
The ADB Diagnostic System is totally independent from the lighting control desk. The user can interrogate the complete dimmer installation from a remote location whilst a show is in progress. Thus ensuring any necessary corrective action can be taken quickly and easily.
