The Freedom Freble complements the Freedom 2000 reflector profile range, sharing most of the features that made it the ABTT 'Product of the Year 1996'. The Freedom Freble is rated at 600W and takes the 600W GKV or 575W FLK lamps.

The Freble spotlight is a Freedom lamphouse fitted with a choice of lens: either the fresnel or, if a cleaner beam is required, the pebble-convex. Both are easily interchangeable. The Freble fresnel provides a beam angle of 6° to 50°, whilst the pebble-convex offers a more defined 8° to 31°. Both luminaires are adjusted using a positive lead screw focus mechanism.

When the lens turret is removed, the spring-loaded worm-drive operates a micro-switch - cutting the power and allowing safe lamp-change access. The trunion arm is reversible - aiding balance and allowing an easy change from hanging position to stand use.

The optional Freedom Dimmer attaches underneath the spotlight, sliding on underneath the lamphouse on two keyways. Use of the dimmer means that no dimmer room or radial wiring is required - just ring mains or spurs and DMX wiring to each luminaire. Alternatively, the Freeway radio DMX dimmer can be used in the same way, but does not require DMX cabling.

All operating knobs and handles remain cool during extended use. Freedom luminaires are marked and tested to EN standards.
