ADN Dimmer Networking The Advanced Dimmer Network can be used to network ADB's professional dimmers over the DMX cable. The ADN network allows system-wide remote programming, monitoring, fault reporting and memory management.   Ethernet networking The ethernet network can be used to transmit DMX lighting control data from the control desk to dimmers and other DMX equipment. ADB has adopted the Art-Net ethernet protocol to allow distribution of 256 DMX512 universes across a single cable.
